Synthroid and levoxyl are T4 and the least likely to cause palpitations - despite this, some people are sensitive if the symptoms last more than a few days, perhaps cutting the pill in half for the first two weeks may allow for acclimation.
Armour, thyrolar and cytomel all have T3 and therefore more likely to cause over-stimulation.
