Does low TSH related to dysfunction of pituitary, is it safe to compensate Low TSH with synthroid? TSH is hormone of pituitary or not? TSH is like 0.07 level, changing very fast from low to high.Pituitary is mild asymmetry.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Yes - It is important to have close monitoring as thyroid under/over-activity can impact pregnancy - please discuss with your endocrinologist in terms of best management options.  Usually PTU is used first trimester then methimazole w/ goal of keeping levels in the high normal or slightly high range (for Free T4)
