enlarged thyroid

I have been on thyroid meds a year now liothyronine sod 100 mcg I'm still tired all the time and I shack off and on feel sick and sometimes I have diarrhea haven't lost any weight I feel like I'm getting worse Dr. tells me  it take time for my body to adjust to meds. once I had to go to emergency room and they said it was my tsh is 0.0 to tell my doctor he still hasn't done anything should I get a second opion

Liothyronine is T3 -- this is a very high dose and would cause diarrhea and fatigue.  Would see an endocrinologist and ask your doctor why you are on T3 and not T4 (levothyroxine).

Thanks for your response this Dr. was a endocrinologist he put me on it cause I have enlarged thyroid gained weight and been real tired I kept telling him how bad I was feeling that I wasn't getting any better I actually told him I felt worse he said my labs were fine it just takes time but I know that wasn't right cause hospital told me it was the thyroid meds said tsh level are 0.0 I might find another Dr. I canceled my appointment with him took my self off the liothyronine been off it for 5 days and I can already see a difference.  Thank you
