hyperparathyroidism & increased body temperature

can hyperthyroidism cause sudden lengthy increase in body temperature ie:lengthy hot flushes to the point of sweating on the face etc I am only 41 and are not menopausal but my calcium levels are high. blood test to be repeated in 4 weeks.

Hyperthyroidism can cause this.  High calcium typically does not cause this.  Hyperthyroidism however can cause high calcium.
