hypothyroid?
tsh 0.79 (ref range is 0.34-4.82) ft4 is 0.61 ref range is( 0.59-1.61) Was wondering if I am suffering from secondary hypothyroid. I am always cold, tired, and suffer from dry skin, constipation. ,ect. My physician thought it was in the normal range. I asked if I could be tested for adrenal fatigue. What other testing should be considered. Thank you Nean

This is normal thyroid testing.
Testing for adrenal would be reasonable. Of course general liver, kidney, blood testing should be done as well.
Increasing exercise and using a good moisturizer (such as cetaphil) helps these common symptoms.
