ideal tsh range to avoid thyca recurrence

I just want to ask what is the ideal range or under what range should my TSH be suppressed to avoid thyca recurrence.  I had my TT and RAI 150 mci on Feb 2008 and April 2008, respectively.  My thyrax medication was lowered from 150 mg to 125 mg and 36 months later while on 125 mg, my tsh level increased from 0.04 to 0.283 and it worries me that my lowered dose would affect my tg level too.

Is my current TSH level of 0.283 , under 125 mg thyrax, still suppresed? Should i get back to my usual 150 mg thyrax so my TSH return to 0.04? What is the ideal TSH range to avoid recurrence.  Any input is very much appreciated.

If there is no evidence of cancer now then the TSH may be 0.3-1.0 in most cases, but you need to discuss with your doctor the risk of recurrence based on initial pathology, ultrasound and thyroglobulin levels.
