my theory about steroids in the body

I just came up with a theory all on my own, after thinking and thinking about my undiagnosed symptoms.
I have had heart palps, nausea episodes, fatigue, exercise intolerance, breathless feelings and so forth, and the most disturbing symptom of all by far, is "brain fog" or "Derealization"...

Ok maybe this isn't necessarily all thyroid related, but there are a few things that lead me to this theory---

when I realized that during the past 3 years, my SED rate has been 0 every time it's been measured --
I remember hearing about similar psychosis type reactions to steroids administered
For some reason, I actually feel BETTER (mentally) during viral infections like colds, flu, etc.
Post-exercise, I tend to feel worse mentally and physically for 1-2 days. (increase steroid release, right?)

I believe in my theory that my body is over producing a steroid of some sort,,

Does my theory hold any water?
