thyroid help please

33 yo female with symptoms of fatigue, sluggishness, achy, palpitations, low body temp 96-97, weight gain, dry skin. Family HX: grandmother goiter, thyroid probs, her two sisters died of thyroid problems, aunt had thyroid cancer.
I need help, feel lousy.
Blood tests
tsh 1.82  (.6 3 years agao)
total t4 11.5 (upper limit of normal was 10.7)
antibody tests both normal

NO free t4 or free t3, ultrasound for enlarged thyroid per exam was unremarkable

Should I pursue more thyroid testing? Is it better to get them done first thing in the am?

Anything else I should pursue?

thank you

This is not likely thyroid based on available results but could confirm with thyroid antibodies and free T4 T3 that all is okay.
