what is normal thyroid levels

i have just been diagnosed by blood tests tyhroid problem,  serum tsh level  lo <0.01. serum free t4 level 28.4. serum free triiodothyronine level hi 15,2 comment biochemically hyperthyroid. consistant with autoimmune thyroid disease. what are these figures meaning and how bad or good are they on beta blockers till see hospital, but have to take low dose as always had low blood pressure

0.01 range (0.35 - 4.5) 28.4 range (11.0 - 24.0) 15.2 range (3.9 - 6.8 ) i am also on asprin and colestrial tablets , i had a throat op for reinkies odema in january , i did wonder if this could of caused problem  by the laser.main symton is the shakes and racing heart hospital not till 14th september pulse today not to bad at 90

The beta blocker is a good idea to protect the heart from the excess thyroid hormone from the hyperthryoidism.  This looks fairly severe, but the free T4 and T3 normal levels vary from lab to lab, so would need to know what that lab's normal range is to really determine severity.  Would recommend prompt evaluation by an endocrinologist.
