Findings: Real time high resolution grayscale and color Doppler sonography demonstrate heterogeneous thyroid parenchyma. Right lobe measures 5.6 x 2.0 x 2.0 cm, left lobe 4.9 x 1.5 x 1.4 cm . Thyroid isthmus measures 3 mm. Right-sided well-circumscribed hypoechoic solid nodule with internal vascularity measures 4.4 x 1.9 x 1.6 cm and replaces most of the right lobe. Isthmus spongiform nodule 0.8 x 0.3 x 0.6 cm. Left lower pole spongiform nodule 0.3 x 0.2 x 0.3 cm. No abnormal cervical lymph node
