Panic attacks with hyperthyroid

So for a few years now I get panic attacks while sleeping it wakes me up my heart is racing I start shaking....  this used to only be triggered by alcohol.  If I would have a glass of wine or a drink at dinner that night I was assured to have a panic attack.

It has an increasingly got worse with years ( and I stop drinking alcohol all together)  and now I get them for unknown reasons  almost once a week it's frightening to go to sleep not knowing if I'm gonna wake up in a panic.
I recently went to the doctor to get additional bloodwork after seeing numerous family physicians and cardiologist with no results. -May results

TSH 0.71

Do I fall under the guidelines for  hyperthyroid ?

I did not notice you had posted the same info twice.  Here is what I already posted previously.

We are happy to interpret your test results; however they should always be compared to reference ranges from the same lab report.  So, please post ranges for those test results.  Also, do you have any other symptoms?  Are you on any thyroid med?
