1200 mcg levo and feeling great again .

I take 1200 mcg levo , 6 pills of 200 daily , and FT4 is at 8 , eight , with the rrange .8 - 1.8 . Looks a lot , hyper ,  I dont have T3 so I pushed the T4 intake , the doc told me to stop take it , but I feel great and without any sign of thyrotoxicosis . I have muscles again , almost never tired , skinny and not bloated , the face like a normal person ,  improving a lot in every single symptom . ¿ Do you think I have to listen the doc and going back feeling awful but with the lab in range ?

I don't understand what you mean by "I don't have T3"... please explain... Does that mean you don't have a Free T3 test or you don't have access to T3 medication?

How long have you been taking this dosage?  1200 mcg of T4 medication is an astronomical amount and very possibly not safe...

There are other things that can cause symptoms of weight gain/inability to lose, tiredness/fatigue, lack of muscle, bloating, etc other than hypothyroidism.

I know you've been a member of the forum for a long time, but you haven't been active for a while, so I don't recall if you were ever really diagnosed with a thyroid condition.  Please refresh my memory...

Please post your results with reference range after taking this high dose for 2 months.

It takes 2 months in full to get the actual results. Also if your Free T4 is not improving on normal dose it means you have some absorption issue which is not limited to T4 only but almost all nutrients especially Iron, Vitamin B12, Calcium etc thus need further tests to rule out deficiencies.
