2 TT surgeries, now thyroid grown back but not thyroid tissue, tumor or cancer?

I had my first thyroidectomy (removal of right lobe, isthmus, half of left lobe) 2/2013. Diagnosed Hashimoto's and pathology report came back malignant but contained within the thyroid itself. The doctor referred me to an endocrinologist who basically told me no RAI treatments because my blood work stated I had no cancer. March of 2015, my left lobe grew 3 times the size and was removed due to severe Hashi's. Pathology revealed negative malignancy this surgery. June of this year I started getting sick again. Now I have a TSH of 162.5, low T3 and T4, and a TPO-ab of 217. Ultrasound showed I have a mass what looks like a thyroid that has grown back. Thyroid uptake scan showed "no thyroid tissue present". Ultrasound showed that this tissue in the thyroid area has vascularity and may be "recurrent thyroid tissue". My neck is swollen, I am in a lot of pain, ear aches and having severe dysphagia. I feel like I am being choked all the time by this "thing" growing in my neck. CT scan scheduled for later this week but am really worried this is a tumor of some sort. Any help would be great as I am on high anxiety this go around. Thank you!
