4 hours difference travel

I take levoxyl along with lithobid and risperidone. Any idea on what time of the day I should take these if I am on a trip 4 hours earlier than where I live? Thanks!

You should take them at the same times you would normally take them.  For instance if you, typically, take them at 6:00 am in your home time zone, then you should take them at 6:00 am in the different time zone as well.

For example, I'm in eastern time zone and I typically take my levo about 5:30 am.  If I were to travel to the west coast, which would put me in pacific time zone, 3 hours behind what I'm used to, I'd still try to take my med at 5:30 am, local time, with local time being wherever you are.. 5:30 my time is only 2:30 am pacific time; I would not get up and take my med at 2:30 in the morning.......

Confused, yet?  LOL
