Adding Levothyroxine to Nature-Throid?

I have been taking Nature-Throid (65MG per day) for 3 years. In 2015 I had Triple Negative Breast Cancer and I did not have any Thyroid blood tests done that year.  Last blood test 8-27-14 for Thyroid showed Free T4: .710, TSH: 4.15, FreeT3: 3.41.
On 6-9-2016  Free T4:.679 (low), TSH: 2.43 (low), Free T3 3.83 (in normal range).  I was prescribed by my Internist 25MCG of Levothyroxine Sodium. because I needed more T4 (she said). With the new medication I noticed anxiety, hot flash increase, dizziness, shakiness, jittery, moody.
I had blood test on 8-5-2016 Free T4: 1.04 (.71-1.7 range), TSH: .297 ((.270-4.20 range), Free T3: 4.43 I2.5-4.3 range)
At this time my doctor told me to take half of a pill of the Lexothyroxine.
Today, 8-30-2016, after a 3 mile walk, good breakfast, I felt nausea, shaky, bones ached, felt awful. Went to bed and woke up hour later with shakes and jittery. Very emotional. I'm at my wits end. My doctor told me it was okay to mix the synthetic thyroid with Nature throid but I don't know if it's true because I am having these awful symptoms.
I was put on Venlafaxine after my cancer because of hot flashes I got due to having to stop my HRT.  It's not working because I still get hot flashes!  I don't know where to go for another opinion.

Please check the reference range for your latest Free T3... Is that supposed to 2.5-4.3?  If so, I don't understand why you'd want to take NatureThroid when your FT3 is already above the reference range and NatureThroid is mostly T3...

Had you taken some of the NatureThroid before you went for your walk on 8-30-16 and had those symptoms?
