Advise on treatment options

Diagnosed with Hashimotos 2017 with TPO of 5,700 and thyroid globulin @ 495. Presently take Levothyroxin 75 mcg. daily. Present labs are TPO 2500, Thryoidglodulin 523, TSH 0.462, Free T3 2.07, and Free T4 1.58. Vit D ans Vit B12 normal with Potassium @ 3.0. Severe fatigue, muscle aches and cramping. headaches etc.
I am not sure I am being adequately treated. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Please provide your lab reference ranges for TSH, FT3 and FT4.  Also the  cutoff for  TPO, and Thyroglobulin.  I presume  that you are seeing  an endo for your Hashi .  If you have any doubts,  I always recommend to get a second opinion.  Do your research on the endo.,  even if you have to drive farther if the dr  is worth it.  I am fortunate to be surrounded by some top drs in nortthern NJ.  But I travel about 35 miles to see a dr in  NY because of her reputation  and training.  Good luck!
