Am I on too much medicine?

I need some thoughts.

I just got lab work done. Did NOT take meds the morning of labs.

FT4 1.28 (.82-1.77)
FT3 4.5 (2.0-4.4)
TSH <.006

I am on 3.75 grains NP thyroid daily plus 137 mcg Levo once weekly (bc without it my T4 bottoms out).

I feel like I can't tell if I'm hypo or hyper. I have a bit of anxiety and jitteriness. My heart at rest is faster than normal. I have insomnia. BUT I often get those symptoms being hypo, too.

I am also usually cold, have carpal tunnel that comes and goes, am stiff and sore in the mornings.

I can't tell if I'm hyper or hypo or right where I need to be and just need time to heal.

Compounding all this: I am also newly pregnant, so pretty sure I will need more meds as time goes on.

What should I do? Stay on this dose or drop it back to 3.5 and retest in a month?

My OB is clueless and my thyroid doc lets me treat by symptoms. Which is why I'm looking for some other perspectives.

Thanks, all. :)

No, I have none of that.
I may not be hyper enough to have any symptoms other than heart and sleep issues.

AMEN!@      also  diareah, maybe some ear ringing, possibly hair loss, hard to fall asleep, hard to recover from exercise, eye pain, gritty eyes, and if you still have a thyroid, may have thyroid throat pain (like in your trachea)

"Higher BP, Temps, and HR over the day, often indicate too much T3.
-This may be accompanied by shakiness, wired anxiety, agitation, weakness, spacey feeling, brain fog, muscle tightness (pain in neck, headache) and/or feeling physically overheated, among a host of other symptoms, which can indicate too much T3.

Note: Too much T3 can manifest with higher systolic (top number) BP, with diastolic perhaps remaining the same or only slightly raised. Too much T3 usually raises the heart rate and makes someone feel warmer (but this depends on whether there is enough cortisol and iron etc.). Anxiety and a feeling of tension/stress can also be caused by too much T3 as can loose bowels."
