Constant Nausea, Dizziness, Lightheadedness

Hi. I am deciding to post this in hope for some help because my symptoms are beginning to take over my life. I am unsure whether or not it has to do with my Thyroid, but it was my best guess.

Last year, I was experiencing stomache aches and nausea. So much that I had to leave school several times. I missed about 24 days.
The symptoms have gradually gotten worse.
My doctor actually prescribed anti-depressants, which may have been appropriate at the time, but I am convinced my symptoms are something different from depression.
I almost constantly feel nauseated, and when I stand up I get very lightheaded and dizzy. There have been times when I was out in public and have needed to stop and lie down because I felt like I was going to throw up and/or pass out.
Occasionally, when I am in heat (such as the shower) and am standing up, I get severely nauseated and nearly fall over. I have managed to keep down vomit this past year. I hate throwing up.
When I am in these states, I do the trick where I pull up the skin on the back of your hand to see if you're de-hydrated. I never was.
I also get hot/cold flashes randomly.
I have a constant ringing in my ears.
Irregular bowel movements.
Menstral cycle does whatever it wants to do, follows no schedule whatsoever.
I sit in bed almost all day because everytime I get up, I feel more sick.
Get headaches fairly often.
Still taking anti-depressants, but currently leaning off of them.
I had basic blood-work done but everything came back fine.
My doctors have no idea what's going on.
I also had a basic test done to get the levels of my thyroids. It also came back normal.
I am extremely desperate at this point. I never get out and do anything because I feel really sick all the time.
If anyone has any information about this, PLEASE share it with me. I'm open to all suggestions.

Please post your thyroid related blood tests and be sure to include the reference ranges, since those vary lab to lab and have to come from your own report.  Just because the results are in the normal range, doesn't mean they're normal for you and while those symptoms aren't typical thyroid symptoms, we can still take a look at your labs and assess your situation.

There are a number of conditions that can cause your symptoms, ranging from eating disorders to diabetes... once we see your labs, we'll have a better idea.

When you seem to have a Mystery Illness that is broad spectrum and seems random in how it presents itself, it time to look at lyme disease.

All those symptoms you describe can fit lyme and or coinfections.

find an LLMD (lyme literate doctor) in your area and request an Igenix test.

You can also do live blood analysis to see if anything strange is going on visually in your blood.. I have lyme but my labs always look normal even at my sickest state. However, after visually inspecting my blood I could see those suckers doing the backstroke in my plasma. among many other irregularities.  Do a google search for  Live blood analysis City  
city = your city.

You have to find a good specialist that's familiar with infectious disease.. many that do them are only trained in general wellness.. so ask them if they know how to spot infections.
