Any ideas about if this is thyroid or anxiety?

I am 30 years old, male and weigh about 115 and I'm 5'11-6'.  For about 11 years now I have been suffering from dizziness spouts of fear that im going to pass out heart races feet and hands clammy all the time.. week legs during attacks eyes sensitive to light and body sensitive to heat ect.  It all started out slowly where id have to pull over from driving but got better/went away... There was a time I got so sick that i could nt not leave the house.  Head congestion feeling, eyes messed up, feeling sick and like i was going to pass-out for no reason at all.  I am a llittle better now but I am so afraid to go out of town or even the store that i will start to feel the same way... my head is always congested.. hands and feet always clammy but with normal temps 97-99.1 mostly in lo 97's in the early morning.  I had a blood test and my T3 is 32.70 T4 9.17 T7 3.0 and TSH 0.93.  Could this still be a thyroid issue with hormone or cimical imbalance causing the anxiety?  I am always tierd can not sleep till mid day ect. any ideas anyone? I need help and i need this fixed so I can have a life again.

There are so many other tests to determine the real issue. For you I would think a testosterone - RBC magnesium - TPOab and TgAb - You had "total" thyroid labs not the real test to see where you are at - the free T's need to be done.
A potassium test would be good too.

Do you take supplements?

Hormonal changes can effect us alot. This may... or may not be thyroid related. What other tests have you had done?
