Weakness, fatigue, headachey, irritable and agitated,

There is much more to the story than what you assumed in your comments.

The only reason for using the long list of symptoms that can be related to hypothyroidism is to point out that some symptoms often thought to be hyper can also be due to hypothyroidism.   When symptoms can be either, then additional testing is necessary.  Ando needs to get some additional testing done to determine if the symptoms are due to low Free T3 or other deficiencies, or even the possibility that nodules caused by her Hashi's is causing leakage of thyroid hormone faster than normal.

As I mentioned in your other thread, I can find all of those in a long list of symptoms that can be related to hypothyroidism.

I learned along the way that more than thyroid can cause those exact symptoms. Mine turned out to be a combination of thyroid problems and allergies to certain foods. Once I stopped eating the offending foods then I could see whether I still had those symptoms and go from there.
What foods?
