Armour Thyroid and Constipation
How long does it take for Armour Thyroid to help fix constipation associated with hypo? I know it depends on your levels, and everyone's body is different, but generally speaking when can I expect an improvement in bowel movement?

Take Magnesium three times a day. Wait four hours after taking Armour before taking any pills/vitamins.
