Hmmm interesting about your thyroid results. Just check your body temperature as thyroid hormone controls metabolism. Check your body temperature before you get out of bed (basal body temperature).

"Another telltale sign of hypothyroidism is a low basal body temperature (BBT), less than 97.6 degrees F averaged over a minimum of 3 days." = this is from Dr Mercola's article: Symptoms Indicating Sluggish Thyroid Gland.

97.6 F is 36.4 C.

I found this online about folate (also called folic acid or vitamin B9)...

"Choline -- a nutrient usually metabolized with folate -- causes body odor in people who can't break down a specific compound in choline-rich foods [sources: Genetics Home Reference, Howe et al.]. Whether folate plays a role in causing or helping this type of body odor is unclear -- and there's not much evidence to prove that folic acid can banish undesirable body aromas at this time." - How Stuff Works - Does folic acid help with body odor?

Also, acid reflux is commonly due to not enough stomach acid. My mother got rid of her severe GERD and severe LPR taking betaine HCL with pepsin supplements and digestive enzyme supplements.  Here is some info from Gallbladder Attack - Low Stomach Acid...

"Too much stomach acid? Really? I mean, how is it that millions of people on PPIs are making too much HCl? Hyperchlorhydria or too much stomach acid is rather rare. If you're overeating, eating junk food or other food that is hard to digest, eating when stressed, living under stress, chances are much greater that you don't make enough hydrochloric acid or digestive enzymes and your symptoms stem from that. Take a look at some of the symptoms caused by low stomach acid.

Signs of Deficient Stomach Acid

Gas, bloating and burping shortly after a meal could be lack of HCl
Constipation
Diarrhea
Feeling of fullness or food not digesting
Heartburn and/or gastric reflux (sometimes too much HCl but most often not enough)
Bad breath
Foul smelling stools
Loose stools in the early morning
Food allergies
Dilated blood vessels on the cheeks and nose - Rosacea
Pernicious anemia or iron deficiency
Anal Itching
Nausea especially after taking vitamins and minerals
Weak or cracked nails
Parasites - or at least increased susceptibility to parasitic infections
Chronic yeast infections
Acne in adults - especially if you have other symptoms from the list
Asthma
Since low levels of stomach acid results in poor absorption of nutrients, many symptoms that accompany a deficiency of that vitamin or mineral makes this list much longer. The nutrients most affected are calcium, iron, folic acid, vitamin K and many B vitamins. See pernicious anemia.

If you're nervous about trying supplemental hydrochloric acid, you can do a trial with 1-2 TBSP of organic apple cider vinegar mixed with 1/8 to 1/4 cup of water after a meal. If it makes you feel better and does not hurt, you most likely would benefit from taking 500 - 1000 mg. of Betaine HCl with your meals."

It's unlikely to be a liver problem, as many of us don't convert adequately, but don't have liver issues; conversion takes place throughout the body, not just the liver; inadequate conversion is due to lack of deiodinases.

What about the other meds for hypothyroidism...my levothyroxine is not really helping with fatigue and I have a very foul musky body odor.. it is ruining my life and depresses me
This is a very old thread... it would be best if you start your own, new, thread and list your current thyroid hormone levels, along with their corresponding reference ranges.  Also, please include your current dose of levothyroxine and how long you've been taking it, when you take it (morning/night), how you take it (empty stomach, with water, food, etc).  You should also list any other symptoms, such as constipation, digestive issues, hair loss, weight gain/loss, etc.

Have you had any other blood tests, such as vitamin B-12, folate, vitamin D, iron/ferritin, etc?
Yes

From the thyroid results its evident that you have hypothyroidism and need thyroid hormone replacement medicine. If usual levothyroxine is not improving your fatigue symptoms (due to low T3) then try natural dessicated thyroid NDT which have both T4 and T3 and its the best medicine for hypothyroidism.

T4 hormone are released from thyroid cells and its converted into T3 at liver so you may have any liver dysfunction

Hi

Thanks for your reply.  after the done the blood test as i mentioned in my question,i had done another blood test for thyroid FT3 and FT4, which are the active thyroid hormones and it was fine so my doctor told me that i have not any hypothyroidism problem.

Also I have bad digestive system . i have often suffered from stomach pain ,acidity and diarrhea so i have gone to gastrologist before 10 days and he prescribed me rantac 300 tablet(ranitidine 300) tablet and folimax tablet for 20 days and its looks working till now.

is my body odour due to vitamin B9 and due to stomach issue?

Sorry I didn't see your other reply until now. Well your T3 is below the range and T4 is borderline. Levels down that low are in hypothyroid range and hypothyroidism symptoms include fatigue, hair loss, dry skin.

Folimax is vitamin B9 (folic acid). Good to hear your body odor is improving. :)

Do you have your thyroid lab results?  I had an unpleasant body odor due to vitamin B12 malabsorption. You could try sublingual B12 to see if this helps.
