Make sure you get a Free T3 test when you have labs in December.  Free T3 is the hormone actually used by the individual cells.

Glad to hear the hair loss has stopped.  

What med/dosage are you on?

I am not feeling hyper at all.  Hair loss has definitely decreased, thank goodness.  Energy level remains the same.  I am still feeling  warm/hot.
I will be having blood work in December if anything changes I will be in touch.
