Thanks to Goollara who suggest the introduction of the T3. managed to find some T3 as trial.
Since my T3 is on the lower side am trying the following:
50mcg of T4 L-Thyroxin on odd days of the month plus 5 mcg of T3 Cytomel
74 mcg of T 4 on even days of the month plus 5 mcg of T3 Cytomel
Will have another batch of tests done the end of the month.
Was told to include 3 - 5 tablespoons of Coconut oil per day as this will help to increase the white blood count.
I was also told that even if the blood work shows all is OK it could take some time for all the bad symptoms like the flush and blurred vision to go.
Since introducing the T3 my energy levels are better and the edema has gone down a lot - I no longer feel puffy and bloated - I do not want to lose weight just wanted to lose the fluid that was retained. I guess all we can do is to live our lives with this condition as I choose not to say I suffer from it. I am adamit that I am going to beat this. I have also learnt that our medical Dr should look at improving our immune system as Hashi is an auotimune disorder and that is what the main focus should be as then our thyroid will improve in the process. Was also told that Niacin, Gluthathyon and MSM is good to include and started all of this a few days ago. I do feel better and since introducing the coconut my colon is functioning much better. I also ensure to create a healthy envirornment by placing bowls of iodine or vinegar that contains no sugar around the house to absorb any moldy smells since Hong Kong is a very humid and damp but wonderful city to live in.
Thanks to

I often get the burning sensation in my face and upper body and my arms. It feels horrible! I even turn bright red! Doc thought it was menopausal but I had the tests done and I am no where near menopause! I still believe it is to do with Hashimoto flare ups when the antibodies are in attack mode.
I get the burning and flushing to when my levels are off. I since have learned that was my first indication about a week before other symptoms followed from my recent hypo episode. Might want to check your levels. BTW, I don't have Hasti's but still get many of the same symptoms you Hasti's pts do when my levels are off.
I often get a flushed feeling i believe is from Hashi/Hypo..But i had a lot of burning in my neck area, Do you have Hypothyroid from having hashi?
