CAN HASHIMOSTO'S CAUSE A HIGH "RA FACTOR and A POSITVE ANA"?

I was just diagnosed with Hashi's and I also have a high RA Factor and my ANA became positive.
Could Hashi's cause these tests to be abnormal or is something else going on in me?
In late Jan.of this year I came off of a PICC line of IV daily antibiotic therapy for Lymes disease.

I'm not on birth control and antibiotics.

I've had a high RA Factor for at least 3 years. I was just diagnosed with Hashi's with my number being 483. How long do you think I could have been wallking around with this and not know? It's a good thing my endo doc gave me the antibody test!

Hmm...would this fit for a one-time positive Rheumtoid Factor as well?

If you are on the birth control pill or on certain antibiotics, you can get a positive ANA panel.  I had once been diagnosed as having lupus by a Phys. Asst that thought he knew more than he did, I later had it tested again after being off the birth control pill and all antibiotics, and Voila! No positive ANA.  Google ANA panel and check your medications.
