Can anyone tell me what this means?

I received my blood test results today and it states the following:

Test Name - Intact PTH     In Range            Out of Range         Reference Range
                                                                 89 H                     15-65 pg/ml

Intact PTH in relation to Calcium

                                                   Intact PTH                       Calcium
Normal Parathyroid Function          Normal                             Normal
Hypoparathyroidism                      Low or Low Normal            Low
Primary Hyperparathyroidism:       Normal or High                   High
Secondary Hyperparathyrodism     High                                 Normal or Low
Tertiary Hyperparathyroidisom       High                                  High
Non-Parathyroid Hypercalcemia:  Low or Low Normal              High

Chronic Renal Disease:
Osteomalacia : typically normal to slightly elevated PTH Level
Osteitis Fibrosa : elevated to markedly to markedly elevated PTH level

Can anyone tell me what this means since I can not get a straight answer from my doctors?
Please if you know of a better place to post this let me know.
Thank you
Dreamer

Thank you for the information and yes estrilinha my calcium says
In Range 9.5 and reference is 8.7-10.4 mg/dl
Then it says Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy Lc/ms/ms
Vitamin D, 25-oh total
25-ohd3 indicates both endogenous production and supplementation.
25-ohd2 is an indicator of exogenoous sources such as diet or supplementation. Therapy is based on measurement of total 25-ohd, with levels 30 ng/ml
Vitamin D 25-oh, D3          12 L
Vitamin D 25-oh D2            <4

Then it says Alkaline Phosphatase 115 in range and reference range is 39-145
Does this make more sense?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I had an uptake test today.
The only thing I was able to get from the test today was
7 hours 25.7
24 hours 45.7 (out of Normal range) ? now I'm truly confused. :(

The poster above is very informative on labs tests. She brings a very important thing on calcium.

Do you have those tests?

This is just an alert to doctors about the relationship between iPTH and calcium (to help the diagnose), you didn't post your calcium levels to see what is your case. The only thing missing here to have an idea of possible cause of your high PTH is the Calcium levels, Pi (inorganic phosphate) and Vit D (active).
