Can someone please help me or show me where to go?

Someone Please HELP me! My wife has had a pituitary tumer removed two yrs ago but they also found a Meningioma on the right side of her brain behind her eye. She was diagnosed with Cushings Disease as well. They removed the pitituary tumor but said the Meningioma
was inopperable. Thsi year has been hell!
She has no tollerence for anything that upsets her. Almost anything can be a trigger to send her in to a rage outburst. Example: tonight she went to Burger K*%g and got two Wopp#4 Jr's and specifically told them no Ketchup. She said she was alergic to it. (not true but she hates it)
She came home and opened the wrapper to find they both had Ketchup on them and exploded! Screaming and yelling at the top of her lungs throwing things around the house for more than 20 minutes. Our two dogs ran down in to the basement to hide as well. I try so hard to be patient and understanding but it has taken its toll on me as well. I had a heart attack and CABG surgery last year from all this stress. She refuses to have another MRI. She's had the 24 hour urine test a second time for cortizone levels that appear to be normal. I'm at a loss and find myself crying sometimes becuase I just don't know what to do. She even went as far as threatening to go down and set the Burger K%$g francise on fire. This is not the person I married 10 years ago. I don't want to leave her but I'm at a loss. Can someone please tell what to do? I've goen to our family PCP and he won't do anything. He Endocrinologist used to be mine and he's totally useless  (I switched doctors when he RX'd me with the wrong drugs and I ended up in the ER for insulin shock.
I medicially have no one to really turn to. I think she may need to be commited to a psych ward until someone can diagnose the problem but I have no idea who to call or what to do. If ANYONE has any past experience liske this please tell me what you did and if it works. It's very sad to watch her like this. She used to be a very happy person. She's not anymore.
I still love her but I'm not sure how much more I can handle myself. I've taken all of my guns out of the house and have them locked up in a friend's gun vault so she cannot get to them.
I'm afraid in the heat of anger she would go grab one and hurt someone or even herself.
Anyone out there have any answers?

Not all people can tolerate "normal levels"......... if you have a current lab report, please post the results of any thyroid tests, along with the reference ranges.

Hello Barb,
According to her Endocrinologist all of here levels are normal. She did the 24 hour urine test as well and they came back normal. I'm just not sure what to do at this point. Her hormone levels are within normal expected readings.
But thanks for asking.

It sounds like your wife could be suffering from hyperthyroidism...... Do you have any thyroid tests you can post for us to assess?  If so, please post results, along with reference ranges, as these vary from lab to lab, so  must come from her own report..
