Child thyroid

My 11 year old has been complaing about a feeling of someone choking her for a few weeks. We've been many doctors now including an allergist, ent, family dr, and endo.
Some of her lab work has come in and these are the things off
Free t4 1.5 (.9-1.4)
Bun 32 (6-22)
Urea nitrogen 21 (7-20)

I know two are just outside normal. Her tsh was 2.04 (.5-4.3)

We don't have her cbc back yet. Could these results indicate an issue that would cause a choking feeling?  I'm really at a loss here and don't know what to do with her anymore!  Any help or insight is appreciated as we don't have a follow up apt for a month.

A high BUN level can be a sign of dehydration, illness or too much protein in the diet. It could also be a sign your child's kidneys aren't working well although you haven't mentioned any other symptoms of kidney dysfunction. It's worth having an ultrasound of your child's thyroid gland to see if it is enlarged.
