MM is right you need a blood test to make sure what is causing it. It is usually easier to take multi-vitamins with iron but you need to find the cause first. If you don't you will not be helping yourself any. Best of luck to you.
Hello,
Dark circles under the eyes can be caused by many things -but it usually indicates that your body is under stress from something. It can be caused by anemia, loss of sleep, allergies, malabsorption (intestinal problems causing low vitamin and mineral absorption), and liver conditions to name a few. The fact that you have other symptoms with it indicates the need for blood tests that look for signs of infections, intstinal parasites, liver problems, or nutritional deficiencies. I hope this helps you get started. I'm afraid we won't be able to help you much until we have more information. ~MM
No i didnt.. If you say that i will go to make, but your sure that can be from low iron ? And what kind of food i have to eat with iron ? Thank you very much for your response :)
It sounds like you may have low iron. Have you had a blood test done to have it checked?
Sorry for writing the Topic here, but i think a made in mistake with the link and choose the wrong Forum...
yes sometime is very worse sometime is good..
We'd all like to help, but I'm sure that the reason for delayed responses is that you really haven't given us much information. Why did you choose to post on the Thyroid Forum? Was there something that made you think it could be thyroid related? If you look at this link that lists typical hypothyroid symptoms, do you notice any other symptoms that you have?

Have you ever been tested for allergies? Are there times when the condition is worse than other times?
Can someone please tell me anything what to do ?? PLEASE
