Concerned mom

My son is 27, takes 150 mcgs of synthroid and is very over weight, 225 lbs,, 5'11 3/4", is always tired. Isn't cold or losing hair, but greatly lacks motivation.  Does do what he has too, works, but does not seem to be motivated. Is it possible he is still hypothyroid? Takes medication for depression. slow release buproprion, 8 mg of Geodon and 6:30 in evening and 40 mg of citalopram.

Your son may be undertreated and need an increase in medication or additional T3 medication. Do you have any thyroid labs you can post?
