Could it be thyroid or Endocrin related? SEARCHING 4 ANSWERS

Please help.I'm 30 y/o female. Since childhood, I've had many infections colds/flu/sinus infections/bronchitis, etc. I'd be weak for weeks, only to be ill again.Drs d/k why. High school I had mono.In college I was dx w/CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). So,I've lived w/episodes of severe fatigue, w/ppl have to help me walk, bathe, eat, etc.)
Fortunately, the immune illnesses, migraines, fatigue, etc reduced when I incorporated holistic health&add very low gluten&sugar diet, a few years back.

HOWEVER, for past 3 years on/off my HANDS get Puffy,COLD&CHANGE COLORS, which was checked by my.Drs&Neurologist=found Nothing again!  (It is truly not uncommon to have tests, then they have me comeback for retest for 1reason or another, to finally get end result of "nothing found" ot "non-significant findings.")
*** Recently I am STRUGGLING HARDER w/ FATIGUE & MOVEMENT. I am more CLUMSY & FORGETFUL& FOGGY. I notice my MOODS SHIFT, SLIGHTLY-MODERATELY ( irrelevant of stress nor PMS). SUDDEN WEAKNESS IN LEGS. For past 3 months I experience NEW TREMORS &FREQUENT WEAKNESS IN ARM. Ocasional swelling and NUMBING of LIP. WORSENING VISION. I am really not quite sure why all of this is happening.

FYI I have Already Tried:
Astragulus,Pau d'arco,Burdock root&vitamins(PRN), = greatly helped my immune system &keeping me from being ill with cold/flu &allergies for over a year, compared to every few weeks on various prescriptions. (My last flu/infection, landed me in hospital tested again lupus, etc & "nothing")... Magnesium & B-vitamins = no migraines! Alot of greens (chlorphyll, spirulina). D-ribose. Eat regular &small. Using stress mngmnt&relaxation.Lightening my work/home load. Light movements.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I DO?  I AM BY NO MEANS AGAINST CONVENTIONAL MEDS/DRS.I JUST WANT RESULTS! WHAT IS THE POSSIBLE CAUSE? WHAT TESTS SHOULD I  REQUEST? ( The one common feeling by all = "something is off & odd, even w/tests are showing nothing.") ANY IDEAS THAT COULD LEAD ME TO ROOT CAUSE?
THANK U

I agree with the two posts above. Your symptoms and nothing is wrong with you test results have been happening to me for years. (I'm 26)

Here's what I did!

Migraines - I gave up caffeine at age 19. I still have chocolate but no soda, coffee, tea. Also, watch medicines for PMS and migraines. They have caffeine too. I went from multiple migraines a month and having to go to the ER on occasions for really bad ones to a beginning migraine maybe a few times a year. I say beginning because only maybe three times since I've given up caffeine have I had a full blown migraine. Now when I start to feel that migraine aura I drink a little caffeine (like 4 ounces of soda) and now it actually treats it, but still that migraine aura only happens a few times a year.

Unfortunately that was my only breakthrough until last year when I visited a doctor that said, let's look at a full nutritional panel and your thyroid. Diagnosis: hypothyroidism; deficiencies in vitamin B12, B3, vitamin D, zinc, and iron; and H Pylori.

MOST symptoms are gone after proper treatment.

I'm still waiting on my second H Pylori test to determine if the bacteria is gone. My "gut" feeling is no.

I'm waiting until we have warmer weather to see if I can go without nighttime wear of my TMJ appliance. The rest of my joints have improved immensely!

And I'm trying to get rid of a sudden onset of PMS emotions that started about 6 months ago.

Have they tested you Vitamin D levels? When my levels are low, I have many of the symptoms you listed. It's worth a shot...simple blood test.

Good luck!

Just test your TSH, free T3 and free T4 to see if your symptoms are thyroid related.
