Could this be my thyroid and endo questions

I am a 44 year old female and I have been having symptoms on and off for 3 years. Some come and go. They all seemed to increase this January and I went to my PCP. These symptoms are fatigue, intermittent bouts of vertigo, intermittent sinus headaches or headaches when I am hungry, frequent dropping things, weight gain, inability to concentrate when really fatigued, intermittent tingling in hand, constipation, and what I describe as no temperature regulation. Meaning that most of the time I am cold, and quite sensitive to cold, but when I get hot such as if I am in a car and a heat vent is blowing on me it will make me feel ill. The PCP ran a bunch of bloodwork including TSH, B12, CBC, blood sugar, lactic acid, CPK, HCY, Lupus, ACL, PRTC, PS, and ANT 3. He found all to be fine except cholesterol. (TSH was 1.28) He put me on 20mg Pravachol for the cholesterol. I also take 0.9 Premarin (estrogen) for a hysterectomy (TAH BSO) I had 2 years ago after years of heavy bleeding. My PCP did not think much of the symptoms after all this bloodwork but referred me to a neurologist to be safe. The neuro has done  some test, MRI's, EEg, EMG, bloodwork and general neuro exam and so far says it is definitely not neuro and not MS. Next week he has referred me to a another neuro for a 2nd opinion since he has not been able to find anything and an endocrinologist based on my request. The reason I have requested this is my Dad has hypothyroidism and so did his grandmother. He is treated with synthroid and feels good. (He lives in FL and I live in IL or I would have started with his PCP) His was noticeable through TSH. The neuro and my PCP discount thyroid because of my normal TSH but at least the neuro is willing to indulge me that maybe the endo can look more in depth at this possibility. (If only to shut me up ;) )

Anyhow my question is do you think this could possibly be thyroid related? I know from reading this site I have to request that they test FT3, FT4, and antibodies. Are there any other good questions I should ask? Are there other things you possibly think this could be and I so hope it is not just discounted as menopause symptoms because many of these symptoms were actually present before the hysterectomy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Menopause symptoms are very similar but dont let them dismiss them as that, could very well be your thyroid it runs in your family..They should not be going by just your TSH either, need your Free t3 and Free t4 tested as well, plus antibodies. I very much had all those symptoms with Hashimoto\ Hypothyroid. I am peri-menopause and it is very common for this time in our lives to have a thyroid problem..Good luck.
