I am not a dr. but I don't think so at all. He just adds what you say (which is the truth) to the clinical picture before him and then they put the pieces together. Attributes will look the same with or without the added verbal info which only would add to the picture after the attributes are looked at.
I'm not an expert by any means, but that would be my assumption?

I don't think you mislead the radiologist.
Not sure what TSH would have to do with ultrasound findings, though.
"Leaning toward benign" is a little vague, though. There will be a report generated with a lot of medical jargon. Get your hands on a copy and see what it says.
