Doctor in Naples area?

I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 15 years ago.  I show all the symptoms of thyroid/lyme disease.  I am getting worse all the time. I am a single mother and I don't know how much longer I can go on. My doctor just gives me pain meds and tested my thyroid, only because I begged him, it came back normal so he won't do any other tests.
I do not have insurance, so I cannot afford to try different doctors until I find the right one. Can anyone recommend a doctor that understands thyroid and will listen in the Naples/Fort Myers area? I am depserate! I can hardly keep my eyes open to finsh this email. I have fallen asleep driving. I just can't function anymore. Even better if know a doctor that would take payments. Thank you, kc

There is a Dr. Brodie in Naples, I just started going to him.  I don't know if he takes payments though. His # is 436-3666.

Hi there....I am a single mom in ft myers. I have battled with getting progressively sicker and sicker and finally fired my drs. I found a new internal medicine doc who is incredible and very well versed in thyroid disorders. She is in Estero...right off the Rt 75 exit and well worth the drive. Her name is Dr. Teresa Sievers- phone # 948-7291. You can go to her website to check out her history and treatments at www.drteresasievers.com
Hope this helps, I know how hard it is to find a good dr in this area.
