Elevated ANA & TPO antibodies

I was just sitting here wondering about my TPO antibodies results (haven't gotten them as of yet . I hope to get them tomorrow!) Some 6 months ago I had my ANA tested and it was "mildly positive" was tested for Lupus and it turned out that I did not have it. Could there be a link between a mildly positive ANA and my TPO antibodies results? If the antibodies results show that I do indeed have antibodies!

Any light anyone canshed on this for me is greatly appreciated!

Lisa :o)
