Full throat feeling while speaking

Have Hashi's, antibodies always very high even inspite 9 years of synthroid and then mix of t4+t3 (v expensive), followed by armour (headache), and now on plain generic t4 again. Hair loss and short term memory issues really bad right now, plus have very 'frog stuck in the throat' feeling whenever I speak, have to clear my throat repeatedly, especially after staying quiet for a while. Last TSH was 1.8, free t4 and free t3 in range. AN u/s about 5 years ago had showed graininess but no nodules, does this full throat feeling indicate anything? I also had the shooting throat pains off and on a couple months ago but not recently. I keep reading about adrenal issues, that all hypo people must test 24hr cortisol, people who have adrenal issues get headaches on armour. I am confused, what steps should I take next from my symptoms?

This is a very old thread and yes I did have trouble swallowing for a while.  I do have multiple nodules on my thyroid, none of which press against my voice box.

I had GERD horribly bad, when I was still very hypo, but now that  my levels are where I need them and stable, I only have it when I eat something I shouldn't.

I have to mention that I had a very deep hoarse voice, as well, that was caused by excess growth on my vocal cords.  The growth was so extensive that it vibrated, when I talked, but my vocal cords did not, therefore, I could make very little true sound.  About a year prior to this thread, I'd had 2 surgeries on my vocal cords to remove the excess growth.  Today, my voice is clear as a bell.

The major reason for the fullness I had and subsequent difficulty swallowing was actually caused by anxiety, stemming from an issue over which I had no control.  I still get it when I'm under a lot of stress.  I learned the hard way that the fullness is not always physical.

i have had problems with hper and hypo thyroid, my voice is very deep, are you having difficulty in swallowin, and did you feel a nodule  which might be pressing against the voice box, i am glad your getting a us for thyroid or you have gerd and that also causes hoarseness and it back up in throat also

That's different from what I have - mine feels like something is pressing against my windpipe all the time.  Just had US this morning, but no results yet.
Hope someone else can answer your question.

Feels like I have saliva collect very low in my throat, and I have to clear my throat repeatedly 7-8 times before I can speak clearly and its hard to clear my throat, like whatever saliva is stuck is so low that its hard to get to push it in using the base of my tongue...sorry its hard to explain, but its sort of like when you get a sinus infection and you are always draining into the throat and its full...

Not sure what you mean by "full throat' feeling.  I have a feeling like someone is pressing against my throat - is that what you mean?  Have you had an ultra sound or anything?  There are others that can answer much better than I can.
