HIGH TSH HIGH FT4 HIGH FT3

High Tsh of 7.18, high ft4 on 1.92 (.82-1.77) and high ft3 (2-4.4) TPO 10 (0-34), TGA 1.3 (0-.9) AGE 20 MALE, low vitd d3 -28.2 and low avit b12 -261, bad diet college student....It doesnt make sense for the ft3 ft3 to be elevated high with a high tsh so i am confused.  This is my son and i take thyroid med since menopause yet have never had any antibodies...but i am really confused and most drs are clueless how to read thyroid test and we actually ordered these test ourselves bec i have been on him about his bad eating habits at college and skipping meals etc and  putting too much pressure stress on himself to take too many courses ....to graduate early....I cant get in to see my regular dr to look at these test and from my own experience i  know most drs are not very helpful just looking tsh alone and ignoring ft3 ft4.......so any one think this is a pituatary issues since the tsh didnt go down with his elevated ft3 ft4......just doesnt make sense....he is ON NO MEDICATION
