Hashimoto Disease

Hi
At the ageo f 39 six or seven months after the birth of my second baby, I went to the doctor complaining of excessive hair loss. I was tested for hypothyroidism, the reading came back around 6 for TSH level and so two years on, I am on 125mg of Levothyrxoine with tests also coming back positive for thyroid antibodies. My last blood test showed a TSH level of 2.3 and T4 of 16 but my hair loss still continues unabated. My ferritin levels are low - 27, so I am trying to eat a better diet but is there anything I can do to stop the hair loss before it sends me completely insane!
Thanks
Julie Chappell

it looks like you are still hypo based on your TSH.  most important is to get you on the right does of medication. to be hypo will cause hair loss.

everybody can be different below things helped me condition:

multi Vit B, Zine/magnesium/ Calcium compound, vit C, vit E, Primrose evening oil

you need to be patient(i know how can we??).  you will grow most of your hair back eventually.
