Hashimotos and weight loss

I was diagnosed over 21 years  ago and take 200 mcg of eltroxin daily.  I have always had a herd time loosing weight and wondered if anyone had any suggestions or diet tips that helped.  I eat healthy diets and exercise regually but am 10 lbs up or down from the same weight for 20 years.

Eltroxin is the name of the synthetic thyroid replacement that I take.  I walk on a treadmill for 30 minutes daily at 5,7 km per hour with a gradually increasing incline....no help.  I don't think that I am up to jogging...what do you mean by eating healthy?  I have heard that a low carb diet is best

I have had hypo for  23 years  the only way i lost weight was by running 2 miles a day or so.and eating healthy.. I have to stay moving a lot.. I'm stiff in the mornings.  what is eltroxin for?
