Hashi's AND Adrenals???

Hello.  I am new to this site and am hopeful to learn some more about my Hashimoto's.
After several years struggling with anxiety & depression issues, I was diagnosed last August with Hashimoto’s at age 30.  I am relieved to know that “I’m not crazy…but my thyroid is”; however I’m still struggling.  I’m beginning to wonder if my DHEA-Sulfate level (which I believe is high) may indicate something going on with my adrenal glands in addition to the Hashimoto’s.  This was my first testing of DHEA-S & Cortisol and I not sure what normal range for cortisol levels are, but my doctor has suggested that I take a saliva test.  However,  I don’t see my doctor again for a while and was hoping someone could help make sense of my info and maybe suggest some direction.  My info is below.  Thank you for reading!

LABS:
TSH: 3.03
FreeT4: 1.68
Total T4:  10.2
T3, Free:  2.7
T3, Total:  97
Cortisol:   8.6*  (I do not know what the * means)
DHEA Sulfate: 489H
Cholesterol:  286H
Triglycerides: 225H
HDL: 34L
LDL: 207H
B12: 464
25 OH Vitamin D:  33.8

SYMPTOMS:
My current symptoms are overall joint pain, weak & cramping muscles, exhaustion, lack of focus and depression.  I experience night sweats, constant hip and low back pain, foot pain, infrequent abdominal pains (not sure if this is from the hip/back pain).  Additionally, I have on occasion I have noticed a strange, ammonia-like taste in my mouth/sinus that reminds me of a strong urine scent from a litter box (sorry, only way to explain it).  I have had issues with facial hair since my early 20’s and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to manage.

PRESCRIPTIONS:
Levothyroxine – 125 mcg
Lexapro – 225 mg
Fenofibrate – 160mg
Vitamin D – 1.25 mg (1X week)

Any thoughts?  Thank you.

"I experience night sweats, constant hip and low back pain, foot pain also the lack of focus"

I have these too...how rude...sorry for you to feel like that, but if you get anywhere with it...let me know...My hips and lower back are the worst.   I don't have the facial hair thing...Hope I don't, but I am losing hair like crazy.  I'm afraid I'll look like my dad before long...

This sounds like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), actually...DHEA sulfate is a male sex hormone, I believe, and it's classic to see it elevated in women suffering from PCOS. Facial hair is also another classic symptom. Have you ever had a female hormone panel done? This would include estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and free testosterone, among other hormones.
