Help understanding lab results

Can you help me understand my lab results.

TSH 0.006  (0.450 -4.500)
T4, Free 3.59 (0.82-1.77)
T3Uptake 37% (24-39%)
Free Thyroxine Index 6.8 (1.2-4.9)
T3 313 (71-180)
Thyroglobulin, Qn 217.0 (0.5-55.0)

Met with Endo about 3 weeks ago and was prescribed methimazole 15mg daily (10 mg in the morning and 5 mg at dinner).   Still not feeling well. I have pain in my legs, arms, and the back of my neck along with chronic post nasal drip. Endo said it was graves. Are these common symtoms of graves and when should I expect to get some relief from the meds.  I don't have follow-up appointment until the end of Feb which will be 8 weeks on meds.
Thanks for your help.

Yes it looks like it is due to Graves Disease. It takes time for the meds to regulate you better, and even longer for all symptoms to subside. Try to be patient and give the meds time to work. You will hopefully see good change on your next set of labs. Make sure your doctor has you going for labs before your follow up appointment.

Thank you laura1967 and waytoohandsome for taking the time to reply. The Qn stands for Quantitative. I also forgot to post the Antithyroglobulin was <20 (0 - 40).  The doctor only mentioned graves, not hashimoto's.  I am going for bloodword before my next visit and the tests that she ordered are for TSH, Free T3, T4, Thyroid Stimulating Antibodies, WBC, and LFT.  I was just wondering if these tests would confirm Graves?

Are muscle aches, fatigue, headaches, pain in the back of my neck, and chronic post nasal drip common symptoms of graves?

Thank you so much for your help.

Every thyroid measurement is high; that's what hyperthyroidism looks like. The Thyroglobulin, is doctor saying that's Hashimoto's or not? Hashimoto's can behave erratically, sometimes leading to low thyroid and other times way too high.

What does the Qn mean? Not familiar with that.
