Help understanding neck ultrasound

I recently had a neck ultrasound that had some nodules. The doctor did a biopsy on the nodules and now I am waiting for the results. I was told it could be at least 2 weeks. In the meantime I have been trying find out more about these ultrasound results. Can someone help me? I haven't been able to find all the info online.

US HEAD AND NECK SOFT TISSUE

Limited views of the thyroid gland were obtained to better
characterize thyroid nodules.
An enlarged lymph node with prominent hilar stripe is seen in the
right neck at level IV
In the right upper pole of the thyroid lateral location a poorly
defined relatively hyperechoic area with scattered internal
calcifications is seen measuring 1.4 x 0.8 x 0.8 cm, volume 0.5
cm³.
In the right lower pole a poorly defined poorly seen hypoechoic
area measures 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.6 cm, volume 0.08 cm³
In the left lower pole a fairly well-defined nodule measures 1.8
x 1.6 x 1.4 cm, volume 2.04 cm³ with possible anterior
interrupted rim calcification and heterogeneous echodensity

Thank you so much!

...An enlarged lymph node with prominent hilar stripe is seen in the
right neck at level IV : looks like abnormal node that islocated at he base of the neck(but can be inflamed)(http://theoncologist.alphamedpress.org/content/13/2/105/F1.medium.gif)
poorly
A hyperechoic nodule is usually benign, while scattered internal calcifications is increases risk of cancer to 25%
poorly defined poorly seen hypoechoic area can be either suspicious for malignancy or most commonly area of inflammation.
" well-defined nodule measures 1.8
x 1.6 x 1.4 cm, volume 2.04 cm³ with possible anterior
interrupted rim calcification and heterogeneous echodensity" is most likely benign die to egg-shell type calcification that undergoes degeneration 9turning into the mixed cyst
