High Estrogen in 18 year old male questions

I recently found out that I have too much estrogen. I have borderline-low normal testosterone. I am a 18 year old male, and I have had gynecomastia since I was 14, and my hair has been thinning since i was 14 also. I know that the estrogen is what caused the gynecomastia, but could it have caused my hair-loss also? How can I fix my hormones? I don't eat soy at all, and i am about 10 pounds overweight. I was at the ideal weight for my age and height when this all started. Could I start hormone therapy? If I do, will my gynecomastia go away, or is it too late? Will my hair stop falling out?
