High TPO levels but normal TSH?

I recently had some blood work done and my Dr. pointed out that my TPO levels were extremely elevated. She recommended I have a blood draw to check for celiac disease.
My labs were;
High T4: 12 (4.5-9.8)
Normal FT3 3.7 (2.0-4.4)
Normal TSH 1.950 (0.510-4.940)
High Anti-TPO 126 (<34)

Curiosity got the best of me so I started googling what the levels mean and I was presented with Hashimotos. Are my levels even worth asking my doctor about it? I'm just curious to what would be causing the high TPO levels if the celiac test comes back negative. (I'm not completely sure, but when I was having GI issues I feel like I was tested negatively for celiac, which is why i'm posing the question.)
Thanks for looking.(:

Check your Vitamin D level, the test name is 25-hydroxy vitamin D.

High Anti-TPO ab value means your immune system is attacking your thyroid glands to halt thyroid hormone production. It might might be either temporary or chronic. Vitamin D deficiency is one reason for auto immune condition.

My vitamin D was low. So that could be the cause of my TPO levels and not a symptom of something else? Interesting.
Yes most probably. Maintain an optimal level in between 50 to 80 for Vitamin D. If you are now deficient level then need to take weekly mega dose like 50,000 IU under the prescription of your doctor for level it fast. Long standing Vitamin D deficiency can creates many problems and hypothyroidism is one among them.
