Are my test results normal?

Hi I am in a panic right now, for the last 2 months ive been in and out of the hospital, I have a lymph node on my neck that wont go away and every doctor said its normal, I had left side numbness from my face to the tip of my fingers,I also go through a phase of constipation then loose stools, I lose a lot of hair by the strand, my skin has also gotten very dry  I also went from 252 to 244 in a short amount of weeks even though I eat I gain 2 pounds then lose it in a week, I was diagnosed with GERD, but I was also having issues with a feeling of my thyriod pushing against my airways and I get lightheaded and cant breathe or swallow.

I got my test results back and it is as follows:

Test Name Result Units Reference Range
ANTI MICROSOMAL 0.6 IU/mL Ref <9.0

ANTI THYROGLOB SCRN <1.8
(NOTE) -------------------ADDITIONAL INFORMATION------------------- The [More information] IU/mL <4.0'

CHOL/HDL 2.7 Ref 39
HEMOGLOBIN A1C 4.2 % Ref 4.3-6.1
INSUL1 159 mcIU/mL Ref 2.6 - 24.9
LDL 59 MG/DL Ref 40-130
NON-HDL CHOLESTEROL 87.0
TRIGLYCERIDE 139 MG/DL     Ref 0-150
TSH 0.49 uIU/ml Ref (0.34-5.00)

Does this mean that everything is normal? I cant even go to the doctors due a city shutdown due to these severe snow storms

Your test results all look okay... They should have done Free T4 and Free T3, along with the TSH... The Free T4 and Free T3 are actual thyroid hormones, whereas TSH is a pituitary hormone and should not be used alone to diagnose or rule out a thyroid condition.

I'm not sure what you mean by the lymph node not going away; we all have lymph nodes... is it swollen, sore?

The constipation, alternating with loose stools could be related to what you're eating/drinking, how much water you drink, etc.  Hair loss can be caused by vitamin/mineral deficiencies.  Dry skin is very common in the winter; does it help to put lotion on it?  Your weight loss of 8 lbs isn't real drastic and, again, could be related to what/how much you're eating.  Weight fluctuations of a pound or 2 over the course of a week is quite normal... my own weight can fluctuate as much as 4-5 lbs over the course of a week, depending on how fluid I'm retaining...

GERD can be a symptom of a thyroid condition, but isn't always.

Anxiety can also cause all of the symptoms you're experiencing, even when we don't "feel" anxious.

I'd strongly suggest that you try to get the Free T4 and Free T3 tests done so we can see what your actual thyroid hormone status is, since your other labs are normal and your symptoms can apply to a variety of other conditions.
