I got it:
TSH: 0,5-4,7 mU/L (SI unit)  in traditional units is 0,5-4,7 μU/mL
T4,free: 10,3-35 pmol/L (SI) in traditional  units is 0,8-2,7 ng/dL
T3 free: 0,22-6,78 pmol/L (SI) in traditional units is 1,4-4,4 pg/mL

if you use the formula:
mmol/L = (mg/dL x 10)   / atomic weight or molecular weight
mg/dL= (mmol/L x atomic weight) / 10

You need to know the grams of 1 mole of the molecule you pretend to convert (that it's written somewhere). I can try to find in my books (not a promisse).
