Your TSH is high, which would indicate that you are hypo.  However, your FT4 is also high.  This is a contradiction...when FT4 is high, TSH should be low.  So, this has to be explained.  Your doctor should test FT3 in light of your FT4 and TSH results to see if that will resolve the contradiction.

In the meantime, I don't understand why, with your high FT4, your doctor has put you an levothyroxine.  Levo is T4, so adding more is like pouring fuel on an already raging fire.  Perhaps you could ask him what he hopes to achieve with this medication.

All those symptoms you list ARE thyroid symptoms.

How much thyroxine is in the tablet?  Your FT4 is very high; I don't know why she's giving you thyroxine (which is T4).  That's likely to make you symptoms even worse.  You will probably eventually end up taking thyroxine because Hashi's will eventually make you hypo, but you're not hypo right now.

Yes but doc said that its nothing to worry about....its very common In this country (kuwait) and she gave me one tablet (thyroxine) for one tym before half an hour of breakfast she said that swelling in neck, feeling hot, sweat, dizziness, haedache its not related to hypo thyroid but irregular menses are related to it. ...then I told her that yes am also having irregular menses from 6 to 7 months
I dont know whats going on .........

Is your doctor recommending treatment?  Next time blood is drawn, ask him to test FT3 along with FT4 and TSH.  FT3 is the test that correlates best with symptoms.

It sounds like you are feeling quite hyper...insomnia, intolerance to heat, dizziness, headaches.  How long has this been going on?

If either TPOab (microsomal) or TGab is elevated, Hashimoto's thyroiditis is indicated.  Hashi's is an autoimmune disease and the most prevalent cause of hypothyroidism in the developed world.  While Hashi's is ultimately hypo, early stages can be hyper.  Your FT4 is quite high, so it looks like you might be in a hyper stage.  How do you feel?
