When it comes to weight loss, me and most of my friends have tried and tested everything from GYMing to DIETing.
Result - NOTHING REALLY WORKS!
While some of us find it hard to restrict our diet, others believe strenuous forms of exercises just aren’t for them. The answer to this predicament of our laidback friends is - YOGA FOR WEIGHT LOSS. And yes, it works! It's working from ancient time.
Since times immemorial, people have been using yoga to maintain not only mental but physical wellbeing.
So i believe you should try to perform various forms of Yoga Asanas which would ultimately help you to loose some significant weight
I have lost a total of 15 lbs. since March doing Weight Watchers...I had a TT in Feb. 07. I am having to exercise each night to keep it off...I'd like to loose another 10lbs...
Yes I need this help too, but I am also not able to excersise yet and no way and I prepared to change my whole lifestyle :-) my body has been though enough changes to date LOL we need a magic wand
Hi
Ive lost 25lbs since my TT last December. However i have radically altered my diet and workout regime to do it.I eat fish and chicken only once a week and eat no red meat.I also eat no dairy whatsoever except cottage cheese mixed with flax oil as a smoothie.I also eat very little carbs and drink nothing but tea or water(no sodas or juices of any kind).Lots of vegetables and moderate amounts of fruit. If you follow this the lbs will melt off i guarantee it!I realize this is extreme to most people(my wife thinks im outta my mind)but im trying to stay lean and mean so cancer will find my body an unfriendly environment..
Good luck and good health

I just recently had a Total Thyroidectomy due to Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and after gaining 40 pounds over the last 2 or 3 years I would really like to know how to do this as well. I will keep watching this post to see what others with more experience advise.
Welcome aboard!
