Actually I read other posts and I do have forgetfullness or brain fog. My nails are breaking off by splitting accross. I shrugged these things off as post pregnancy symptoms.
I had hair loss 5 monthes ago. I have joint pain, dry eyes during the night, I wake a lot and can't go back to sleep. I have only lost about 9 pounds in 6 weeks due to weight watchers. i have a 9 onth old and went from 160 to 230 during pregnancy. I am now at 169. Sometimes my throat feels tired and heavy. During pregnancy i had prereclampsia. Last week my left ankle started leaking clear fluids for 3 days. This happened once before. My ankles have always swelled since at least age 8.
The left swells more than the right. Sometimes my vision is blurred and I have ringing in my ears.
These are all of the main symptoms I have been having.
Oh and I take a prescribed weekly vit D as of this week.
TSH is a pituitary signal for the thyroid to produce more thyroid hormone. Yours is low so this means that you have enough available thyroid hormone or maybe even a little to much. But when I look at your actual thyroid hormones-they are all about mid range so nothing jumping out here to say you may be hyperthyroid (too much thyroid hormone). However, your doctor did not test the Freet3 and this tells us more info then Total t3 which is out dated in my opinion.Free means availabe for uptake into the cells. Total is already bound to proteins in the blood. Doesn't tell us as much. Atleast he did the fret4 though. Your vitamin D is low- needs to be around 50 or 60 so I'd begin takinig atleast 2000 iu D3 per day. My daughter and I take 5000 each evening after dinner as this is best for absorbtion. Are you having ant symptoms of hyper or hypo. thyroidism?
