What does a suspicious biopsy result really mean?

In Feb, I had a hemithyroidectomy due to a toxic adenoma. Pathology came back indicating papillary carcinoma. Given this, I had a 3.6cm TR4 nodule on my remaining lobe biopsied. The biopsy has come back saying suspicious follicular. What does this really mean? Do I need to have the other side of my thyroid removed as well now?
